Visit to Jabatan Bomba

When we teach our children on occupations, Fireman is always one of the occupations they are interested in. On 6th of May, we have organized a trip to Jabatan Bomba in Kulim town. Students from K1 & K2 (total 30 students) had visited the fire station. Encik Hashim, the fireman has explained to us how they put out small fire with blanket. The structure of the fire engine, what they wear when there is fire. The children are excited about the trip and they gained valuable experience in this trip. Most importantly they know what number to call when there is fire! (999).

We also let our children to participate in the 3K programme- Kelab Keselamatan kebakaran kanak-kanak. Under this programme, the children will be given a aktivity book and our teacher will give them information on how to escape when there is fire, practice fire drill etc. After one year, the children will be given certificate for completing the course.

Yoga Kids Trial Lesson at QQ

May and June are busy months for our teachers as well as our students. After few months in school, our angles are slowly adapted to schooling environment. Therefore, we have planned many activities for our children to learn and to explore. On 30th April, last Wednesday, we have organized Yoga trial lessons for kids. 18 students turned up for the trial lessons. See , how they enjoyed the class!

Learning Through Play is always pratice in QQ. See the children learning subtration by playing the game" eagle and the hen"“老鹰捉小鸡”. Learning is fun , right?

Little Einstein in QQ

Since we have included Practical Science in our syllabus this year for K1 & K2 class, we can see many little sciencetist on the way. They really enjoyed doing experiments and with the lap coat , they really look smart, aren't they?
