Birthday party

As usual, we will organized a party for the children before the school holiday. This time we have 16 chidren celebrating their birthday! Besides that, we also gave away prizes to the children who behave well and did well in their spelling, ejaan etc. Children were happy as they could tried different type of cakes they like and also played with friends thay like!

Field trip to toothpaste factory

Ms. Lim Yi Shin, The production Executive given us a warm welcome ehen we arrived! All of us are eager to know how tooth paste is made. A group of 40 people visited the factory. Before entering the production area, we need to wear hair net and shoe cover. Our children looked so cute and curious to dressed up like that. To our surprise, QQ Kulim is the first kindergarten visited this plant, QQ Boleh! Mr. Yong, Executive director and all staffs in the factory are very friendly to us.

They explained how the toothpaste is made, the factory also produce hair gel. Children are shown the process of mixing, filling and packing. I think many parents do not have this experience! Please ask your child what had they learned!

Before leaving the factory, of course a group photos in front of the factory. The management has given all the children including the teacher a pack of hair gel and tooth paste as sourvenir!

All of us left the factory and back to Kulim exhausted! What a good Trip!

QQ Mid year educational Trip

On 29th May 2008, 32 student and 8 teachers visited Penang Bird Park and Raiya tooth paste factory in Bukit Minyak.

All children were so excited when we reached bird park. There was a tour guide explaining to us all information about the birds during our 1 km walk. The children even feed the birds with the maggots/worm! You can see our children bravely put the maggots on the hand to feed the bird. Surprisingly, the bird is so friendly and just flew down and eat the maggots on their hand! What a good experience for the kids!

We were lucky on that day as we can took photos with the horn bill, parrots and owls "Free of Charge". We also watched how the parrots played basket ball, owls flying here and there listening to the instructor whistle!

Finally, we had our chicken chop lunch at the restaurant inside the bird park before leaving to the factory!
